1. Which chapter in World History did you enjoy most this year and why?

* The chapter in World History that I enjoyed the most this year was chapter 9 Ancient Greece. I enjoyed this chapter because you got to learn all about the gods and the Olympic gods. One of my favorite gods was Aphrodite, even though she was all about herself.

2. Describe some of the things that you learned in that chapter.

*One of the things that I learned in this chapter was about Mount Olympus (where the gods lived). I also learned about Athens and Sparta. The cool thing about this was that at that same time we were learning about this chapter we were also learning about the gods in Language Arts class, we even did a project on one of the gods (I did Athena). I also learned about Alexander the Great, who conquered the Persian Empire. There also was a deadly disease that broke out in Athens called the Plague.

3. What new skills have you learned throughout the year?

* Some new skills that I learned throughout the year were to take notes in class and complete your homework… (Including your worksheets). I think this is a good skill because some of the information from the notes, homework, and worksheets might be on the test. So it’s a good idea to keep all of your homework, notes, and worksheets to study for your test.

4. How can you apply this knowledge to the real world?

* I can apply this knowledge to the real world because all of the things we learned this year we will probably see it later in our lives, such as college, high school, and middle school. Also, it may be in our jobs that we get when we get older.
